Final Product:Today I will be cooking Boston Butt, Mac n cheese, bake beans, and roasted potatoes. It was honestly pretty easy. The hard part of this was taking the Boston Butt out of the crop top because it was kinda to big for the crop pot so me and my mom kinda had to force it in there in the beginning. So we had to be careful taking it out so it didn't fall on the floor. But we didn't drop it so we complete the challenge and it was actually pretty good do i think i did pretty good. Finish productMy name is Junior Romero. For people that don't know me or if your seeing this later on, I will be working on getting better of preparing meals for my family. The reason I've chose this for the 12 weeks is because I've decided that i probably would have to learn how to cook sooner or later because i would like to go to a collage. And if i have no idea how to cook i would have to spend money on fast food and really be struggling with money later on in life. So this project will be a great way for me to focus on cooking and learn a lot of stuff so i can be prepared for the future and also save a lot of money. Goals For the following 12 weeksThe first week is just a planning week of how i will present my project and introduction my project will be and why i chose it. But as you can on the Week 1 I example my reason of this project. In week 2, I will learn the items i will be using to cook, just like a refresher or what to do if the food catches on fire and what is the safe way to put it out. And how to turn the stove on or how to use the crop pop we have and what kind of food we can use in there to cook. But i'm planning on starting to cook week 3 with my mom just in case i do something wrong. But it wouldn't be hard dishes to make. It would probably be something simple like making corn or mac n cheese. But then start making less easier meals. This would probably last until Week 7 that the latest i would want it to be. And Week 8 i would like to try not having my mom help and do it on my own, but with some supervision. But then having them rate it to 1-10 and take a picture of the meal and put the things i used to make it and the items i used also on my blogs. And Week 12 i would like to achieve me cooking them a meal with no supervision and getting a 10 from my mom and dad. But i will probably also record myself cooking just for prove that i actually cooked it and i could have proof that i actually did them. But that my goals. |
